A typical coaching package would involve an initial session (1 hour) in which we identify your needs, explore what really matters to you and gain clarity on your goals. This is followed by approximately 5-6 sessions (1 hr each) (fortnightly or monthly).
Each session will end with clear next steps (actions, decisions, goals) and inquiry (reflection on a theme or question) that will bring about learning and change.
The next session will start with ‘checking in’ on what you have learned through your actions or inquiry. The rest of the session will depend on what is important to you and where you are heading in the pursuit of your goals. Sessions are exploratory in that the purpose is to examine what change might involve and enable for you, whilst paying attention to your emotional responses.
