“Closing the Gap” is a 6 week group coaching program designed to help early and mid-career academics ‘close the gap’ and build their strategic research capacities through purposeful action in a vibrant, supportive group setting.

Week 1: Purpose, values, and goals – how do you ‘walk your why’?
Week 2: Strategy – what ideas are worth exploring?
Week 3: Time management – how do you make time for the things that count?
Week 4: Visibility and influence – how do you communicate your purpose, values, and strategy to others?
Week 5: Networking – how do you network across and out to reach your goals?
Week 6: Leadership and career progression – what does it take to act and think like a leader?

6 x 90 min weekly group coaching sessions via Zoom
Multimedia content with practical information
Strategic advice focused on the topic of the week
Weekly set work to personalise the coaching to your own context
Access to video recordings of live coaching sessions
